The deafult theme is working, but I tried to change the skin to silver-red, default-pink, romantic or whatever and nothing happens.

Hi ba1122,

When you change the template name to say silver-red and click save, click F5 or click the refresh on your browser to see the color changes as the changes don't take place until you have refreshed the page.

This is a strange problem and I have never seen this happen even when running on php5.5

This may be a stupid question but when you select a different template are you clicking the save icon? Then when saved and you logout of the admin panel and log back in is the selected template showing or is it reverting back to the default?
