News and Stories now showing
« on: March 03, 2018, 02:13:59 PM »
Hi All,

Just installed my first osdate site.
Installation went well, but when i register as demo user to see what the site looks like (inside) on the right side there are news items and stories but when i click on ..more nothing happens except that there is a "back button" on top but i still see the same page as before. The same thing happens when i click on more or all stories.

Btw the same is happening with the links in the footer.
Only Affiliate, Invite a friend, Feedback and Support Request seem to work.

When logout and viewing the site as "guest" i can click and see the original news item or story.

Hope someone can get me in the right direction to make the articles visible for members to otherwise what's the use  8)

Hi richard1969,

It sounds like you turned on the SEO in admin but didn't enable the .htaccess in the domain?

There is a .htaccess.txt file in the root directory that you change to .htaccess removing the .txt when turning SEO on

Sorry to say,

But that's not the case, in admin seo is off.
