Your with GoDaddy hosting right?
They have settings in the cpanel that show all errors, by forcing the errors to show.
This can be turned off in the php.ini
If that fails, maybe you should make the domain live so I can help and see what's happening.
Private Message Me your FTP Details username and passsword and your Cpanel username and password with link to it so I can look at what the problems are?

Ok sounds like a good idea, make sure you are not using PHP 7 or it will always fail for now.
Works best in PHP 5.4 if this helps.

It is possible that the uploaded files got corrupted.
Most of your issues seem to come from the /includes/ folder, try uploading the original /includes/ for now and see how it goes.
In that file of the updates is only one file that had a change, not important for now, can be looked at later.

i uploaded the Patch from 23-11-2016. No files deleted. Just copied the files over. The site is not open to the public yet, that's the reason why i changed the domain name in my posting ;-)
Very strang, as nothing got deleted :-(

I went to check the site but it is parked now, so I can't check it.
Which latest update did you apply please, so I know which to look at?
When you did the update, you uploaded them over top of the older files right?
To me, it looks like some script files are missing, nothing got deleted when updating, correct me if I am wrong?
