I added an IP column top the member profiles page in the admin panel an now see the same IP being used over and over to register these spam accounts.   So in the username checker adding a check for IP being used already would be great.  Because I don't know how it could be used to check the database for first name, username, last name the same as registration.  That option would need to work in real time.  Example: If form field firstname = lastname then fail to register or if username = firstname or = lastname then fail

I appreciate it.  What about an IP checker?  IF IP exists then error, you cant register more than one account.

The firstname, lastname, username CANNOT match plus an IP al ready used feature would be the perfect SPAM REGISTRATION barricade.

Id also like to add a Honeypot Anti-Spam form field.

Hi heebeha,

I only have the IP checking, it has to be done manually in the admin.

For the rest, you need to hire a coder sorry to say.

Is the IP checking something automated at the time of registration to check if the new registrant has already registered using the IP they are trying to register with?

Can I get a copy?  Please :o

Hi heebeha,

No the IP checking is not automated at register, you have to check manually in the admin area.

The one attached only works in the default template's in the admin NOT FreshDate.

Hi,

Why not block free email addresses either set ones or all.
There is normally a patten when bots are signing up, humans are harder to catch

A quick Google, and I found this link: http://www.articlevoid.com/computers-and-technology/coding/how-to-block-disposable-email-addresses/
