Custom Forum instead of the ones listed
« on: June 28, 2017, 04:52:09 AM »
Hello,

How can I select a different forum or custom forum, i.e. One that is not in the Dropdown-Menu

Which files or templates do I need to change or can I just select one from the list and add my
Custom forum path?

Thanks for any info

Hi alpha981,

You can only use the ones in the list, PHPBB3 is getting some updates soon I think.

Hi Pharg
I'm a little confused with forums in osdate evo....... Does phpbb3 work yet? or should I still be installing older versions of it? Figured I'd ask before putting in the time to check it. I'm still building my site, slow but sure progress. Thanks.

Hi Shineman,

PhPBB3 has always worked, just in the latest version they made some changes making it not work properly with osDateEvo.

However I believe it has been fixed and it is here: www.osdateforum.com/osdateevo-configuration-installation/phpbb-forum-for-osdateevo-1-2/msg9376/#msg9376

Some small changes might need to be done to the fix, it's all in the post.
