Hi ba1122,

The latest release of osDateEvo v1.2 are no longer hardcoded in the menu, I posted the changes seems you missed it.

Attached is the default menu tpl files along with all the languages changes which will need to be loaded again in the admin
area on the Manage languages to make the needed changes to the database.

The menu tpl files are not for the FreshDate template sorry.

Hm, I' m not sure what I've done, but first it worked and now it don't. The language file in the tmp directory is just about 105k, the original loaded in the admin area about 132k. Is this ok?

Hi ba1122,

You don't put the languages in a tmp file, they must replace your old language files completely, override or remove your old /languages folder and replace with the new set, then go to the admin Manage Languages and reload your English or whatever language your using.

lang_main.php: $lang['myprofile'] = 'Mein Profil';
dropdownpanelmenu_big.tpl: {lang mkey='my_profile'}

So, this can't work?!

Hi ba1122,

Sorry for post going missing, I have moved this forum to a band new hosting server, you might have posted when it
was being moved.

Yes this will work,
Quote
$lang['myprofile'] = 'Mein Profil';

You have to remember, every time you make a change in the lang_main.php file, you must reload the language in the
admin area under the Manage Languages, pick you language Example: English and reload it, now the
changes you made will now show in the website.  ;)

Hi ba1122,

Oh so it does, sorry.
Yes you need to put in the underscore like this, $lang['myprofile'] = 'Mein Profil'; or it won't work.

This has been corrected now as it shows above.

Ok! For the last time: should I use "my_profile" like in the .tpl or "myprofile" like in  the language files??

Hi ba1122,

You have to use the same as you have in the lang_main.php being my_profile or it won't work  ;)

Yes, but this in your language fixed files. I think there should be a default?!

Hi ba1122,

There is a default, it's the English lang_main.php with my_profile in it, all of the others have the same my_profile in it also.
